MOVING HOUSE SALE - Furniture & Piano

Microfiber Sofa - 3 seater plus long bench - double up as a bed (cushions and patchwork covers not included). Washable covers. 5 years old - $200

Yamaha Exam Grade Piano: 28 years old - just needs tuning, still plays very well. Price: Negotiable

Ikea Billy Bookcase, condition - usable, the back has come off slightly, but can be nailed back - $10

Barang Barang Lamp - $15, condition: still works

Lorenzo Microfibre (like suede feel) King sized Bedframe, Black - 5 years old, condition: used, but very usable. No Mattress included -$200

Kids Bedroom Set - Triple Beds- $300(purchased at about $1200) 4 years old. Upper deck hardly used, just to store mattress and bedding. Can stand the weight of an adult. This set is very sturdy. Needs to be professionally dismantled and fixed back.

The frontboard of pullout bed has broken off, its now been taped with duct tap, to cover the exposed wood. Comes with a staircase to go up to upper deck. Staircase, has 5 storage boxes.

Table has 3 portions, so adjustable to a suitable height, good storage space for books, above the table and over the bed, there are cupboards over the bed too.

Ikea wood tracks + Imaginarium Tower, Rope Bridge Set (real wood) - can play with Thomas Take Along Trains (metal trains) or matchbox cars - $25 (condition: 8/10)

Toys R Us Microscope (UP: $29) and Telescope (UP:$99), condition: hardly used, $70 for 2

leappad - a bit faulty, may just stop after awhile, may have lost its sensitivity, if you know someone who can fix stuff, may be able to do it up again.

Ikea - igloo like tent + plastic colourful balls - about 40+ pieces (purchased from toys r us) $25. Condition:Used

The tent is usu abt $12, and balls about $30+, so get this whole set for $25 only....great fun for pretend play - my kids used to do indoor camping....
